The Aragonese Food Cluster rewards the best master’s degree projects in agri-food innovation

This call is aimed at university students who, at the time of finalizing their master’s thesis, are enrolled in these studies or postgraduate studies in an academic center in the Spanish field.

The objective of these awards, which are open until September 5 at 12:00 (local time), is to make it easier for young people to look at companies while they are training in the area of ​​agri-food innovation. In addition, it seeks to recognize both the work of students and teachers who prepare solutions to the food challenges of the future.

The work submitted to the first edition of these awards may be the work of one or more candidate students, having established a maximum of two students. In addition, final master’s degree projects for the academic year 2020-2021 and 2019-2020 will be accepted.

The works that are presented must be focused on one of the areas established in the contest: innovation in agri-food products, circular economy applied to the agri-food industry or innovation in marketing of agri-food products.

The award will consist of free attendance for both the student and the teacher who has directed the master’s degree project to the Strategic Immersion Conference of the Cluster, which will be held on September 28 in Somontano in which there will be experts of the agri-food sector and its value chain, among other areas.
